For all orders placed through our site, we offer a 14 days full return service including the options of exchanging your product(s) and having your money refunded. Please note exchanges are dependent on availability of stock.

All you will have to do is to simply return the goods to us in original, unused condition along with the original packaging and gifts (if any). Please note that it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs and to make sure the returned goods reach us in unharmed condition. We advise you to choose an insured shipping method which includes a Track & Trace as we are not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping. Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (if any).
However, if you receive a faulty or wrong product(s), please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 3 days after receiving the order) by email. We will provide you with further instructions on exchange procedures in 3 working days and bear the shipment costs incurred.
